The IPHD-International Promoting Human Development « IFME-Internationale Foerderung Menschlischer Entwicklung » is a non-government international organization that use seven areas of interventions to promote human development in bringing solutions for the United Nations red alerts  by sustaining the  United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals Worldwide.
We act as a virtual and physical laboratory of ideas, incubating initiatives that contribute towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Agenda 2030.



Who we are
We are a group of professionals and non-professionals in various fields. Human being is at the center of our activities. Our activities are divided into seven areas/majors fields. The mission of IPHD « IFME » is to contribute to human growth/ development through awareness of our seven areas of interventions. The overall aim is to support/ develop or create projects ranging from the development of human.

The IPHD « IFME » has a team of professionals and non-professionals for each of its seven interventions areas, and is actively looking for more members.

Joshua Trust NTAMBWE, PhD

Executive Director

Joshua Trust NTAMBWE is the Headquarter Executive Director at IPHD, responsible for overseeing the organization's strategic direction and overall operations. With over 15 years of experience in international development, Mr Joshua Trust NTAMBWE is committed to promoting sustainable and inclusive human development worldwide. He has a background in International Affairs cooperation, humanitarian Aid and Diplomacy with programs and marketing Management. He has led numerous projects focused on poverty alleviation, education, and healthcare promotion. He believes in creating partnerships and collaborations to drive positive change and empower communities.

Katharina Kwasnitzka

Headquarter and fields Finance and Operations Officer

Katharina Kwasnztka serves as the Finance and ovarall Operations Officer at IPHD, overseeing financial management, budgeting, and operational processes. With a strong background in finance and operations in the nonprofit sector, Katharina is committed to ensuring efficient and transparent use of resources. She has experience working with international organizations and managing complex financial systems. She believes in the importance of sound financial management to support sustainable development initiatives.

Julia PELVORALARAK, Msc

Greece Country Program Manager

Julia Pelvoralarak serves as the Country Program Manager at IPHD, responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives. With a strong background in project management and community development, Julia is dedicated to promoting human development and empowering marginalized communities with music projects. She has experience working in various countries across Asia, focusing on areas such as youth empowerment, gender equality, and sustainable livelihoods. Julia believes in the power of grassroots initiatives and community-led development.

Daniel BUTOYI

Kenya Country Program Manager

With a strong background in Agriculture and protection project management and community development, Daniel is dedicated to promoting human development and empowering marginalized communities. He has experience working in various countries across Africa, focusing on areas such as youth empowerment, gender equality, and sustainable livelihoods.
